Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Infinity Heart. If something isn't right, here's what to do.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged items in original packaging. To start a return, email support@maleeshabymaleesha.com with your order number and reason.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund original import duties or taxes.
